Wholesalers are an extremely important especially in rural areas as many even maintain their own terminals and manage open retailers that answer only to the wholesaler.
The downstream refining and marketing business is a zero sum game meaning one Franchisors' gain is another's' loss. This is particularly true for wholesalers. The campaign we developed for Texaco was later extended to the Shell brand.
Open Retailer New Franchisee Business Development Program
We created an ongoing program that would provide a major Franchisor tools to assist the field organization to market the local franchise including a comprehensive suite of marketing and training tools to help implement this important initiative.
