In response to a pressing need on the part of one of our clients, we tapped into the power of the internet and devised the first ever marketing automation solution enabling our client to provide its network of nearly 25,000 retail businesses to ability to create custom, site-specific marketing materials that were both brand-compliant and individually marketed the unique offerings at each particular retail site. These custom Local Store Marketing (LSM) campaigns were easily created using a back office computer and a standard browser with little or no special training.
The original system was based on a self-serve customizable online marketing templates concept in which marketing assets from multiple partner businesses and brands, for the first time, were digitally stored on a central server and made available to a network of franchisees.
Today our solution has evolved into a complete enterprise platform enabling multi-channel marketing that successfully addresses both today's corporate marketing needs and the special needs of their local network marketers in a complex distributed marketing environment.

Why is this invention valuable?
For the first time ever cost-effective fully customizes LSM campaigns were possible on a one-off basis. The LSM solution provided an alternative to the ‘off-the-shelf’ promotions created by the ad agency and allowed local retailers to easily create custom marketing materials inexpensively to meet their specific needs. Once these custom marketing materials were assembled by the local network marketer from our pre-built flexible templates, the local business could access a database of customers in their local trading area for distribution. On- and off-site campaigns were coordinated on-the-fly, while multiple print orders from separate franchisees were organized into "combo" print runs at tremendous savings.
